HOW TO PREPARE HIGH PROTEIN CHEESY MAYO AT HOME

Mayonnaise can be made from paneer, and some simple home ingredients gives us protein and also the best taste in a healthy way.

INGREDIENTS:

Fresh paneer – ¼ cup

Cheese cube – 1 no

Butter – 1 tsp

Soaked red chilli – 1no

Salt – to taste

Milk – 1-2 tsp

PROCEDURE OF MAKING:

  • Everything put in the blender one by one and blend until it gets smooth
  • Then serve it, high protein cheesy mayo is ready
