1.Chicken vegetable salad with Cheese

Chicken vegetable salad with cheese

Ingredients

  • 250 gm boiled chicken
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tomato
  • Broccoli
  • Onions
  • Capsicum
  • Lettuce
  • 100 gms of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp black pepper

Method

  1. Firstly, cut all vegetables in bowl.
  2. Secondly, take out chicken from refrigerator, re heat and shred in pieces in the bowl .
  3. Third, Grate cheese on top ,garnish with herbs and mix well .
  4. Finally, your tasty chicken salad is ready to serve .

2.Creamy chicken with vegetables

Creamy chicken with vegetables

Ingredients

  • 250gm boiled chicken
  • 1 chopped peppers
  • 2 chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp-butter
  • 2 tbsp-cream
  • Salt as per taste

Method

  1. Firstly, heat butter in a pan
  2. Secondly, add onion and capsicum and sauté for 5 min
  3. Then take out chicken from refrigerator
  4. Then ,shred in the pan and sauté
  5. Then , add cream and cook for 5 min
  6. Lastly, creamy chicken is ready to serve

3. Tasty sauted garlic butter chicken

Sauteed garlic butter chicken

Ingredients

  • 250 gm chicken
  • 10-15 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp butter
  • salt as per taste

Method

  1. Firstly, heat butter in a pan .
  2. Secondly, add garlic and sauté for 3-4 min .
  3. Then , take out chicken from refrigerator
  4. Then ,cut down the pieces in the pan
  5. Afterward add salt, black pepper and mix well .
  6. Finally, serve hot .

4.Kadhai creamy chicken

Kadhai creamy chicken

Ingredients

  • 250gm chicken
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 sliced capsicum
  • 1 Finely chopped tomato
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp cream
  • 1 Tsp black pepper powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Method

  1. Firstly, Heat butter in pan /kadhai
  2. Secondly, add all veggies in it and sauté for 5 mins.
  3. Then, add cream and chicken in kadhai, cover it with lid for 10 min garnish with seeds on top.
  4. Finally your creamy sautéed chicken is ready to serve .

Tips

Additionally, try use non stick pan/kadhai for these recipes .

As well as you can garnish these recipes with any natural herbs .
