INTRODUCTION :

HEALTHY AND YUMMY CRISPY BITTERGOURD ( STARTER) is highly beneficial for our body as it aids in fighting diseases such as weight loss, constipation prevention, liver health promotion, and treatment of skin conditions. It is rich in vitamins, including vitamins A, B, C, and E, as well as Zinc, potassium, and other nutrients. Bitter gourd is classified as both a green vegetable and fruit. It is worth noting that doctors often suggest diabetic patients consume bitter gourd as it helps regulate blood sugar levels.

It is uncommon for someone to claim bitter gourd as their favourite vegetable or fruit. However, I have a recipe for crispy and crunchy bitter gourd that I believe will be enjoyable and worthy of inclusion in your snack, starter, lunch, or dinner.

INGREDIENTS OF HEALTHY AND YUMMY CRISPY BITTERGOURD ( STARTER):

  1. Bittergourd (2-3)
  2. 1 tbsp corn flour
  3. (2-3) tbsp red chilli powder (we used it for balancing bitterness, if you want then you can have it according to your taste)
  4. 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
  5. 1tbsp coriander powder
  6. 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
  7. 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  8. 2 tbsp besan
    • few tbsp oils for frying

PREPARATION OF HEALTHY AND YUMMY CRISPY BITTERGOURD ( STARTER):

  1. To prepare the bitter gourd, cut it in half and use a knife or the back of a spoon to remove the seeds..
  2. Cut the bitter gourd similarly to how onion rings are typically cut.
  3. First, take a bowl and pour some water into it. Add a suitable amount of salt and then place the bitter gourd rings in the bowl. Let them soak for 15 to 20 minutes.

METHOD OF CRISPY CRUNCHY BITTER GOURD:

  1. After soaking in water, remove all the water from the bowl and drain the bitter gourd
  2. Next, include all the spices and thoroughly blend them together.
  3. Coat it well with corn flour and besan.
  4. fry them in a very few amount of oil

HERE YOUR CRISPY AND CRUNCHY BITTERGOURD STARTER IS READY HAVE IT WITH DAL RICE OR AS A STARTER. YOU WILL LOVE THE BITTER GOURD. TRY IT ONCE AND NEXT TIME YOU CAN SURELY MAKE IT FOR YOUR PARENT’S CHILD AND THEY ALSO LOVE IT THEN AFTER NO NEED TO FORCE SOMEONE TO EAT BITTERGOURD.
