HOW TO MAKE LOW CALORIE SOYA CHUNKS PANEER TIKKI

INGREDIENTS:-

  • 100 gms of low-fat paneer
  • 50gm soya chunks
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves,
  • 2-3 garlic cloves chopped,
  • 2-3 green chilli
  • ½ tsp garam masala powder
  • Salt to taste

METHOD to prepare tikkis

Boil the soya chunks and squeeze the water out of them.

Add grated paneer, onion, garlic, and coriander leaves.

Now add green chillies, finely chopped, salt, 

and garam masala powder and mix well.

Make 4-5 tikkis from the mixture.

Now switch on the flame and take a pan and grease it with a little oil. Place all the tikkis on it and cook on both sides for 4-5 minutes.

Soya chunks tikki is ready to serve.
