How to Prepare antioxidant-rich detox drink

To prepare antioxidant-rich detox drink is perfect for removing toxins from your body and boosting your immune system. It’s made with fresh fruits and vegetables that are high in antioxidants and other essential nutrients that help to flush out toxins from the body. This drink is vegan and gluten-free, making it suitable for many dietary preferences.

Ingredients: –

1 cup fresh spinach leaves: 30gms – 1 cup chopped fresh kale: 30gms – 1 medium-sized cucumber, chopped: 150gms – 1 medium-sized apple, cored and chopped: 100gms – 1 medium-sized pear, cored and chopped: 100gms – 1 small piece of ginger, peeled and grated: 10gms – 1 small lemon, juiced: 30ml – 2 cups cold water: 480ml

Preparation: –

1. Wash the spinach and kale leaves thoroughly, and chop them into small pieces.

2. Peel and chop the cucumber, apple, and pear into small pieces.

3. In a blender, add the chopped fruits and vegetables, grated ginger, lemon juice, and water.

4. Blend everything until smooth.

5. Strain the juice using a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove any pulp.

6. Pour the juice into glasses and serve chilled.
