Ingredients:

1 medium-sized beetroot, peeled and chopped

2 medium-sized carrots, peeled and chopped

2 apples, cored and chopped

1-inch piece of ginger, peeled

1 lemon, juiced

Instructions:

Pass the beetroot, carrots, apples, and ginger through a juicer to extract the juice.
