INGREDIENTS
Produce
• 2 tbsp Coriander
• 1/2 cup Grapes, black halves
• 1/2 cup Pomegranate
Condiments
• 2 tsp Lemon juice
Baking & Spices
• 1 Salt
• 1 tbsp Wheat germ
Other
• 1 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
• 1 cup Soaked and boiled small chawli(black eye beans)
• 1/2 cup Orange segments, cut into halves
METHOD
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and toss well.
Serve immediately and garnish with wheat germ.
