How to make Chickpea Chaat

šŸ„— Healthy Chickpea Chaat

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup boiled chickpeas (chana)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 green chili, chopped (optional)
  • ¼ cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • ¼ tsp roasted cumin powder
  • ¼ tsp chaat masala
  • Salt to taste

Optional: Pomegranate seeds, grated carrot, or sprouts for extra nutrition.

Instructions:

  1. Mix chickpeas, veggies in a bowl.
  2. Add lemon juice, spices, and salt.
  3. Toss well and garnish with coriander.
