How to make Pizza Toast in 15 minutes?

Pizza toast is about as quick and easy as comfort food gets. Pizza toast is a bread slice topped with a homemade tomato sauce, cheese, vegetables and any other pizza topping you like. This pizza toast has all that delicious pizza flavour that a pizza has in it but without the hassle of making dough.

Non-veg pizza toast:

Ingredients:

  • Bread slice: 4
  • Salami/Ham: 8 (2 salami/ham on each toast)
  • Tomato-garlic chutney: 4 tbsp (1 tbsp for 1 bread slice)
  • Mushrooms: 8-10
  • Onion, chopped: 1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese-1/2 cup
  • Oregano-1.5 tbsp

Method of preparation:

  • Firstly, turn on your oven grill or take a frying pan and lightly toast the bread.
  • Meanwhile, cut the ham/salami into pieces and thinly slice the mushrooms and chop the onions.
  • Next, take the bread slice and spread evenly with tomato-garlic chutney. Now, add the salami/ham pieces to the toast and top each slice of toast with mushrooms and onions and then sprinkle each slice of toast with mozzarella cheese and oregano.
  • Lastly, lay the toast on a baking tray and place it in the oven and grill for 5 minutes or place the toast in a pan and cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Finally, serve this pizza toast with chutney of your choice.

Veg pizza toast:

Ingredients:

  • Bread slice: 4
  • Tomato-garlic chutney: 4 tbsp (1 tbsp for 1 bread slice)
  • Mushrooms: 8-10
  • Onion, chopped: 1/2 cup
  • Toamto, chopped-1/2 cup
  • Capsicum, chopped-1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese-1/2 cup
  • Oregano-1.5 tbsp

Method of preparation:

  • Firstly, turn on your oven grill or take a frying pan and lightly toast the bread.
  • Meanwhile, cut the mushrooms and chop the onions, tomato and capsicum.
  • Next, take the bread slice and spread evenly with tomato-garlic chutney. Now, add mushrooms, tomato, capsicum and onions and then sprinkle each slice of toast with mozzarella cheese and oregano.
  • Lastly, lay the toast on a baking tray and place it in the oven to grill for 5 minutes or place the toast in a pan and cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Finally, serve this pizza toast with chutney of your choice.
