5-6 giloy sticks
Basil leaves
1 inch ginger
2 glass water
1- Take a blender and add giloy sticks , basil leaves , ginger along with 1 cup of water.
2- Then blend it for 2 minutes.
3- Add 2 glass of water to the blender and again blend it for 2 minutes more.
4- Now strain the juice and pour it in a glass.
