Mixed Dal Cheela (Protein Pancakes)

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup mixed dal (moong, masoor, chana) soaked 4–5 hrs
  • 1 green chili, ginger, coriander, salt
  • Optional veggies: grated carrot or spinach

Instructions:

  1. Blend soaked dal with water into a batter.
  2. Add salt and veggies, cook like dosas on tawa.

💡 Protein-packed and very filling — great with mint chutney.
