Indian-Inspired Fruit Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2–3 lemon slices (optional)
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) orange juice
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) fresh watermelon juice
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) chilled coconut water or chilled plain water (instead of soda)
  • 6–8 ice cubes
  • 1 orange slice & mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a glass, muddle the chopped mint lightly to release aroma.
  2. Add lemon juice, orange juice, and watermelon juice.
  3. Pour in chilled coconut water or plain water.
  4. Add ice cubes and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with an orange slice and mint leaves.
