  • 1 cup fresh grapes (green or black)
  • 8–10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1–2 teaspoons honey or sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup cold water (or chilled coconut water for extra flavor)
  • Ice cubes
  • Pinch of black salt (optional)

🍹 Method

  1. Muddle
    In a glass or bowl, crush grapes, mint leaves, and honey/sugar gently.
  2. Add lemon juice
    Mix in lemon juice for a fresh tang.
  3. Add water
    Pour in chilled water (or coconut water).
  4. Strain (optional)
    Strain if you prefer a smooth drink, or keep it rustic.
  5. Add ice & serve
    Add ice cubes, stir well, and enjoy fresh.

  1. Blend grapes, mint, lemon juice, and water.
  2. Strain if desired.
  3. Add ice and serve chilled.
