Besan (bengal gram flour): 1 ½ cup
Chili powder: ½ tsp
Turmeric (haldi): ½ tsp
Carom seeds (ajwain): ¼ tsp
Oil: 1 tablespoon
Arhar dal: 1 cup
Lemon juice: ½ tablespoon
Jaggery (gur): 1-2 tablespoons (chopped)
Green chili: 1 (sliced)
Ginger paste: 1 tsp
Curry leaves: 10-12 leaves
Cashews: 8-10 (optional)
Ghee: 2 tablespoons
Turmeric powder: ¼ tsp
Hing: ¼ tsp
Mustard seeds: ¼ tsp
Jeera (cumin seeds): ¼ tsp
Cloves: 2
Cinnamon: 1 stick
