Kuthiraivali adai recipe is a healthy, delicious, and whole dosa prepared using barnyard millet and lentils. It is a very soft and tasty dosa usually served with chutney, butter, sambhar, jaggery, or aviyal. This dosa is rich in fiber, iron, and many nutrients.
