1 cup yellow moong dal
Little salt & pepper
1 Lemon
Chopped little cucumber, onion & tomato
Method:
To make the moong dal chaat, first chop the onions, tomatoes & cucumber into bite-sized pieces. Keep all the vegetables aside.
Put the moong dal in a pressure cooker with an adequate amount of water and let it cook for 2 to 3 whistles. Dal should come out in the dry form.
Now take a bowl and add dal, chopped vegetables, spices & squeeze lemon on top of it.
Mix well all together.
Serve.
