Sfiha is a Lebanese meat pie that is served as pizzas or little triangles of doughy bread with a stuffing of flavourful beef filling or ground lamb. We can eat them as a main meal by making them in large sizes or can be eaten as an appetizer. Sfiha is also known as “sfeehas”; “lahmacun”; “Lahm bi ajeen” which means “meat with dough”.
