3-4 cut strawberry (approx. 15gm)
4-5 slice of apple (approx. 15gm)
1 tablespoon of chia seeds (approx. 5gm)
3 almonds (approx. 5gm)
2 walnuts (approx. 2gm)
To make recipe of oats and quinoa, You can take milk instead of water.
You can also add nuts, bananas, chikoo, and dry fruits.
