Gond Katira Avocado Skimmed milkshake is a perfect healthy recipe to beat this summer. It is popular in summer drinks and remedies, particularly for its cooling and hydrating properties. While water is always king, sometimes you crave a refreshing beverage with a little more pizazz. It is a good source of fibre, which can aid digestion and promote a healthy gut. To make this skimmed milkshake, avocados are added, which are high in fiber and vitamins C and K. They also provide Folate, which helps produce healthy red blood cells, and Magnesium, which helps regulate blood sugar levels and blood pressure. This milkshake is not only nutritious but also easy to make, good for health, and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 litres of skimmed milk
  • 1-2 tsp honey(optional)
  • 2 Hass avocados
  • 3 tbsp gond katira soaked

Method

To make gond katira avocado milkshake wash and cut the avocados into two halves. Scoop out the creamy flesh. Discard the pith. Add it to a blender jar along with the rest of the ingredients as mentioned. Blitz on high for about 2-3 minutes until done. Luscious and healthy homemade glass of Gond Katira Avocado Milkshake is ready to serve.
