Recipe for grilled chicken breast:

Ingredients:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Optional: lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and place them in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag.

Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are evenly coated. Massage the marinade into the chicken to ensure it’s well covered. Let it marinate for at least 15-20 minutes (or longer in the refrigerator for more flavor).

Once marinated, place the chicken breasts on the preheated grill. Grill each side for about 6-7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the juices run clear.

Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
