Ragi Malt Smoothie to make easy low carb

Ragi Malt Smoothie is a delicious and healthy rejuvenating Indian beverage. Instead of giving store-bought chocolate drink or other packaged drinks, this ragi malt smoothie has necessary nutrients which would be a perfect drink for our kids and us too. We should all try to make this ragi malt smoothie is a healthy drink instead of our regular Tea / Coffee. Skipping morning tea/coffee is very tough for many for us.

Ragi Malt Smoothie is a weight loss millet drink that is very healthy. It’s gluten-free and very energising. You can have it in place of breakfast as it will keep you full. It is also known to have a cooling effect on your body.

how to make Healthy Makhana Milkshake Smoothie:

Ingrediants required :

  • Ragi 1.5 tsp
  • Milk 1 cup (200 – 250 ml )
  • Cinnamon a pinch
  • Banana – half
  • Peanut butter – 1 tsp
  • Cocoa powder 1 tsp

Method to make ragi malt smoothie :

  • Take 1 ¼ tsp of Ragi flour & add little water to it to make a lump-free paste (of thin consistency)
  • Now take ¾ cup water in a pan & put it to boil.
  • Once it starts boiling add ragi paste to it & start stiring. Keep on stiring.
  • Once it starts to thicken take 1 cup of water add half of it & keep on stiring then add the remaining half portion & keep on stiring. Total time of cooking this is 10 mins.
  • Add 1 tsp of jaggery & mix in it.
  • Switch off flame & keep it aside.
  • Take a mixer, add 1 cup of milk (200 – 250 ml), half banana, Ragi paste & 1 tsp of peanut butter & 1 tsp of coca powder & a pinch of cinnamon powder. Beat/ Churn the mixture.
  • Take out the whole mixture in a glass.
  • Serve it
