Homemade Dhaniya Panjiri is one of the most favored of current trending meals on earth. It is appreciated by millions daily. It’s easy, it is quick, it tastes delicious.

Ingredients for Homemade Dhaniya Panjiri:

⦁ Coriander (dhaniya) powder – 50 grams 

Makhana(fox nut) – 1/2 cup

⦁ Jakari powder- 6/7 teaspoon

Ripe Coconut – 1/2 cup(grated)

Cashew nut, almonds – 10  pcs

⦁ Raisins (Kishmish -10 pcs)

Method of Preparation:

Dry roast Dhaniyan powder in a pan. In a pan, add Cashew Nut, Almonds, Desiccated Coconut, Flax Seeds, Poppy Seeds, dry roast it, and cool down.

Grind roasted nuts and seeds into powder.

Add Coconut Oil and melted Jaggery, mix well without lumps.

Serve it in a bowl.

  • Lemon ( half)
  • Table sugar (1 tsp)
  • Water (1 cup)
  • Tea leaf seeds (4-5 in number)

Method of preparing-

  • To make homemade lemon tea ,First take water in a cup add in pan and heat it till it boils & then switch off the flame.
  • Squeeze few drop of lemon & some amout of sugar in tablespoon according to your taste.
  • Take a stiner & add 4-5 seeds of tea leaf on it.
  • Now add the water through the stiner. 
  • Mix the contents in the cup & add more ingredients if needed.
  • Sip it with a snack item.

Ingredients for wholesome meal- 

Tomatoes – 1-2 pieces medium

Carrot – 1 small carrot (orange)

Roasted chana dal – 1 Katori

Capsicum – Any colored bell pepper would do

Mushroom – 4-5 numbers

French beans – 10-12

Method of Preparation –

* To make a wholesome meal, first take two tomatoes cut into 4 halves each and 1 carrot (cut pieces). Add a little amount of water to a pan & steam them till they become slightly Firm. (sprinkle a pinch of salt on vegetables)

* After steaming remove tomato peel. Let them cool. Dip tomatoes in water to cool them faster.

* Add tomatoes & carrot with 2 Tbsp roasted chana dal/bhuna chana in a blender and make a thick paste. (add little amount of water also)

* In a pan add- capsicum, mushrooms, french beans, carrot (all cut). Add some amount water to it & steam them (let them be a little crunchy).

* Add the paste to vegetables and cook it by covering it (add some amount of water). Add spices to it (salt, pepper, oregano, etc).

* This serving size is recommended for 1 person.
