π₯ Healthy Chickpea Chaat
Ingredients:
- 1 cup boiled chickpeas (chana)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped (optional)
- ΒΌ cup cucumber, diced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- ΒΌ tsp roasted cumin powder
- ΒΌ tsp chaat masala
- Salt to taste
Optional: Pomegranate seeds, grated carrot, or sprouts for extra nutrition.
Instructions:
- Mix chickpeas, veggies in a bowl.
- Add lemon juice, spices, and salt.
- Toss well and garnish with coriander.
