- 1/2 cup Varai (Barnyard Millet)
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- 1-2 finely chopped green chilies (adjust to your spice preference)
- 8-10 curry leaves
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
- 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 200-250 ml of hot water
