Ingredients

  • Fresh singhara – 1 cup, sliced
  • Cucumber – ½ cup, diced
  • Pomegranate seeds – ¼ cup
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Rock salt – to taste
  • Black pepper – ¼ tsp
  • Fresh coriander or mint – chopped

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
