🍕 Cauliflower Pizza – 100% Stovetop Method

- 1 medium head cauliflower (riced)
- 1 egg
- ½ cup mozzarella

- ÂĽ tsp salt

🔪 Step 1: Cook the Cauliflower (On Stove Only)
- Rice the cauliflower using:
- A box grater, or
- Finely chop with a knife.
- Heat a large pan over medium heat (no oil yet).
- Add the riced cauliflower directly to the dry pan.
- Cook 8–10 minutes, stirring often, until soft and moisture evaporates.
👉 You’ll see steam releasing — that’s good.
- Let it cool slightly.
- Transfer to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much water as possible.
This step makes or breaks the crust!
🥣 Step 2: Make the Dough
Mix together:
- Cooked cauliflower
- Egg
- Mozzarella
- Parmesan
- Seasonings
It should feel slightly sticky but hold when pressed.
