Healthy tips
- Use whole-wheat noodles for extra fibre.
- Add shredded chicken, tofu or boiled eggs for more protein.
- Adjust the red chilli according to your taste and throat comfort.
Why you’ll love it: Ginger, garlic, turmeric and vegetables add flavour and nutrients, while the warm broth helps keep you hydrated. Although it may feel soothing during a cold, it is not a proven immunity booster or cure.
