Method
1 . Take a non-stick pan heat the oil and put mustard seeds.
2. When the seeds crackle add curry leaves and chopped onion and saute on a medium flame for 1 to2 minutes.
3. Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric/ powder, chili powder 2 tablespoons of water, and cook it on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Now add tomato ketchup, lemon juice, and salt and mix it well.
5. Add salt according to your taste. Now add torn bread in the pan mixes it well and now cover the pan for 1 minute.
6. Switch of the flame, Add the coriander, and mixed it well.
7. Served the bread upma hot if you want you can add oregano seasoning for the good taste.

Method
- Mix together the cooked rice with the chopped carrot, onions and cabbage in a bowl. Now Add the whole wheat flour, gram flour, turmeric powder, green chillies, garlic, ginger, yogurt, salt and coriander leaves and mix well.
- Add ¼ cup of water and knead into a soft dough. Cover it aside for 20 minutes.
- Divide the dough into eight equal portions and roll into balls.
- Grease a plastic sheet with oil and place a dough ball on it and press evenly to make a round pancake. Similarly make the remaining pancakes.
- 6. Serve hot with ketchup or pudian chutney of your choice.
