Simple Detox Herbal Tea

Ingredients (1–2 servings):

  • 1 slice lemon 🍋
  • 3–4 slices fresh ginger (or ½ tsp powdered ginger)
  • A few fresh mint leaves (or ½ tsp dried mint)
  • 2 cups hot water
  • Optional: a drizzle of honey (for taste)

🫖 Directions:

  1. Boil 2 cups of water.
  2. Add ginger and mint to a mug or teapot.
  3. Pour hot water over them.
  4. Add lemon slice and let steep for 5–7 minutes.
  5. Strain (if needed) and sweeten with honey if you like.
