Watermelon Juice Recipe
🌿 Ingredients:
- 4 cups fresh watermelon chunks (seedless or deseeded)
- 1–2 tsp lime or lemon juice
- 1–2 tsp sugar or honey (optional, depending on sweetness of watermelon)
- A few mint leaves (optional)
- Ice cubes
👩‍🍳 Method:
Step 1: Blend
- Put the watermelon chunks into a blender.
- Add lime/lemon juice.
- Add sugar or honey if needed.
- Blend until smooth.
Step 2: Strain (optional)
- Use a fine sieve to remove pulp if you want a smooth juice.
Step 3: Serve
- Pour into glasses with ice cubes.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
- Optional twist: Sprinkle a pinch of black salt or roasted cumin powder for a tangy, street-style version.
