Apple: ½ cup (chopped)
Banana: ½ cup (chopped)
Strawberry: ¼ cup (chopped)
Steel-cut oats: ½ cup (soaked and cooked)
Milk: ½ cup
Vanilla extract: ¼ tsp
Walnuts & Almonds: 1 tsp (chopped)

Method of preparation:
1 In a bowl, add milk and vanilla extract and mix them well. To this add cooked oats, chopped apple, banana, strawberries and walnuts, and almonds. Mix the ingredients and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
