• 400 grams of whole wheat pasta
• 2 table spoon of olive oil
• A tsp of grated garlic
• Finely chopped medium-sized onion
• Puree of 3 medium-sized tomatoes
• 8-10 cherry tomatoes
• Chili flakes – To taste
• Oregano to taste
• Teaspoon of white salt powder
• 1/2 tablespoon tomato ketchip
• Salt as per taste
- Sahaswan sauce

• 5 grams butter
• 1/2 katori refined wheat flour
• Half liter milk
• 50 grams of cheese
• 5-6 baby corn
(green Colour)
• 100 grams of basil
• 3 walnuts
• 10-12 cashews
• 15-20 black peppers
• 50 grams of broccoli
• 8-10 garlic buds
• And water
How to prepare tri-color pasta for Republic Day recipe?
- Firstly boil the pasta in boiling water. Then salt as per taste and 1 tablespoon of olive oil and let it boil for 10 minutes.
- Secondly take 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan add onions and garlic and saute for 2 minutes. Add tomato puree and saute for another 5 minutes.
- First color of the pasta -Then add chili flakes, oregano, Italian sizzling, white chili powder, salt, and mix well.
- After that add cherry tomatoes, tomato ketchup, cheese and mix well. Then cook pasta for 2 minutes. Finally Orange pasta is ready.
- Second color of pasta – Start preparing white pasta. Put butter and refined flour in one pan mix well.
- Then add garlic and saute for one minute. Now add cheese and baby corn and let it cook for 2 minutes.Then add chili flakes, Italian sizzling, oregano, white chili powder, salt, and mix well.
- Then add pasta and cook for a few minutes. Finally White pasta is ready.
- Third color of pasta– Next start preparing pesto sauce for green pasta. Take walnuts, cashews, garlic, black pepper, and fresh basil leaves i,n a blender and grind.
- Then add olive oil and salt. Grind again and make a smooth paste. Once pesto sauce is ready start preparing green pasta.
- Now add some olive oil to a pan. Then broccoli and salt and saute for 2 minutes. Add pasta and pesto sauce and mix it well. also add chili flakes, sizzling, oregano, cheese and mix well. Green pasta is ready.
- Finally all three colours of pasta is ready to place it color wise it is ready to server.
