Ingredients for making Proteinaceous egg salad:
- Boiled egg whites chopped – 3-4
- Lemon juice – ½ tsp
- Tomato chopped – 1 medium
- Cucumber chopped – ½
- Onion chopped – 1 small
- Cabbage chopped – ½ cup
- Carrot chopped – 1 small
- Coriander leaves chopped – 1-2 tbsp
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
- Black salt – as per taste
Method:
- Firstly, boil eggs; remove the yellow part (yolk). Chop the white part and put them in a bowl.
- Then, put tomato, cucumber, onion, cabbage, and, carrot, and mix.
- Now, add lemon juice, black pepper, and, black salt and mix nicely.
- Finally, garnish it with coriander leaves and serve.
