Ingredients for making Proteinaceous egg salad:

  • Boiled egg whites chopped – 3-4
  • Lemon juice – ½ tsp
  • Tomato chopped – 1 medium
  • Cucumber chopped – ½
  • Onion chopped – 1 small
  • Cabbage chopped – ½ cup
  • Carrot chopped – 1 small
  • Coriander leaves chopped – 1-2 tbsp
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp
  • Black salt – as per taste

Method:

  • Firstly, boil eggs; remove the yellow part (yolk). Chop the white part and put them in a bowl.
  • Then, put tomato, cucumber, onion, cabbage, and, carrot, and mix.
  • Now, add lemon juice, black pepper, and, black salt and mix nicely.
  • Finally, garnish it with coriander leaves and serve.
