Homemade jaljeera powder + a quick street-style upgrade trick


🌿 1. Homemade Jaljeera Powder (Make & Store)

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dry mango powder (amchur)
  • ½ tsp black salt
  • ½ tsp regular salt
  • ½ tsp dry ginger powder (saunth)
  • 1 tsp chaat masala

👩‍🍳 Method:

  1. Dry roast cumin + coriander seeds until fragrant.
  2. Let them cool.
  3. Grind everything into a fine powder.
  4. Store in an airtight container.
