- 1 glass (250–300 ml) water
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

- Soak the chia seeds
Add chia seeds to water and stir well so they don’t clump. - Let it sit
Leave for 15–30 minutes until seeds swell and form a gel-like texture. - Add flavor (optional)
Mix in lemon juice and honey. - Stir & drink
