- Spinach, chopped -1 cup
- Carrot, chopped and boiled- 1, large sized
- Ginger, grated -1 tsp
- Water -1 cup

Procedure:
1. Firstly cook carrot in 1 cup of water until tender.
2. Let Carrot cool, keep water in it.
2. Blend all ingredients with the cooking water in a blender until smooth.
3. Serve immediately.
