  • 2-4 spring onions, finely chopped

  • extra flour for coating
  • olive oil for frying
  • 1 carrot – chopped
  • ¼ cup Pea
  • ¼  cup Spinach

  7.  Once the oil is hot, fry the potato pancake over a medium heat, for 4-5 minutes each side, or until each side is crispy and golden brown.
