  • Steamed sprouted moong: 1 cup
  • Onion, chopped: 1
  • Tomato, chopped: 1
  • Salt, to taste
  • Red chilli powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice: 1.5 tsp
  • Roasted jeera powder: 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander leaves, finely chopped: 2 tbsp

Method of preparation:

  • Firstly, wash and drain the sprouts (other sprouted lentils can be used in place of moong).
  • Secondly, add chopped onion, tomato, and spices such as salt, re chili powder, lemon juice, jeera powder and also mix well all the ingredients together.
  • Lastly, garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and enjoy!
