These Three Bean Chaat includes rajma, chole and French beans that give you a nutritious punch. Along with it, onion, tomatoes, cucumber, drizzled with a light dressing of lemon juice, chaat masala, is what adds flavour to this chaat. This simple recipe can be made when hungry, and one won’t even have to worry about weight while indulging in this. This is a healthy side dish to add to your main meal, or it can be used as a topping. It’s also very healthy, making it a great choice for a quick lunch. The beans will keep you fuller longer than other carb-filled meals because of all the fiber they contain. Plus, with all the different colors, it’s just plain pretty.
Required Ingredients to make healthy three Bean Chaat :
Boiled Kidney beans (Rajma) – 40 gm
Boiled Chickpea – 40 gm
Boiled French beans – 20 gm
Lemon – 1
Little cucumber, onion & tomato chopped
Salt, black pepper & other spices – little
Coriander leaves – little
Method for healthy three Bean Chaat:
Take a bowl & wash Rajma & chickpea
Make sure that they are insect and dirt free & also of very good quality.
Soak them overnight
Next morning, drain its water
Add them in the cooker & add water to.
Give it a pressure of 5-6 whistles.
After this, drain the water left & add them in a bowl.
Side by side add cut french beans in the container & put it to boil.
Boil them till they are tender.
After this is done add them in the beans bowl.
Now add chopped cucumber, onion & tomato to it.
Squeeze little lemon on top of it
Add salt, pepper and other spices as per taste.
Mix all together.
Granish it with coriander leaves.
Serve & enjoy !
