- 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Salt (to taste)
- Pomegranate seeds
- Fresh coriander leaves
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Begin by roasting one cup of makhana in a pan over medium heat. Stir continuously for about 6-7 minutes or until the makhana turns crunchy and golden brown. Set aside to cool.
