Ingredients to make Lentil Dal Soup :
- Carrot- 1.5 (Cut pieces)
- Tomatoes- 3 (Cut pieces)
- Washed pink masoor dal – 1/2 cup
- Salt & pepper
- Water – 1 glass
Method for preparation :
Take carrot, tomatos, pink masoor (Lentil) dal, a little salt, and water.
Add them in the pressure cooker & wait till 2 whistles, after this turn off the flame.
Let the mixture cool down & then add it in the blender. Make a puree of it.
Empty the blender & add the content in a pan or kadhai.
Heat it & add little pepper to it. Add salt if needed.
Serve hot.
