  • 1 teaspoon crushed ajwain (carom seeds)
  • 1 teaspoon crushed sauf (fennel seeds)
  • 1 teaspoon tea leaves
  • 2 cups water
  • Optional: Honey or sweetener

Instructions to make ajwain saunf tea
