Ingredients for Palak mooli paratha

  1. 1 Grated radish
  2. 1 Cup chopped Spinach
  3. As Per Taste Salt
  4. 1 tsp red chili powder
  5. 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
  6. 1/2 tsp crushed fennel seeds
  7. 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
  8. 2 tbsp oil
  9. 1 cup wheat flour/ rice flour
  10. Oil for cooking(as required)

Instructions

  • Take a bowl, add both flours (wheat and rice) and add all masala’s
  • Now, add 2 tsp oil with Palak and mooli
  • Make a dough , add water if required
  • Let it rest for 30 mints
  • Now, roll out a Paratha
  • Put it on the tawa & cook it both side
  • finally, Serve hot
