Ingrediants :

Boiled 1 and 1/2 sweet potato

black salt, as required

3/4 teaspoon chaat masala

3/4 tablespoon pomegranate seeds

1/2 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 handful coriander leaves

3/4 tablespoon sev

Method for Shakkarkandi Chaat :

Take coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds & wash under running water. Then, peel the skin of the sweet potatoes and chop them up into small cubes.

Now, take a large bowl and add sweet potatoes. Add the chaat masala, black salt along with lemon juice, and toss them up to mix thoroughly. Then, transfer it to the serving bowls.

To complete it off, garnish the chaat with sev, coriander leaves, and pomegranate seeds and serve fresh!
