How to use chicken to make this quick and Tasty Chicken qeema recipe?

Chicken qeema recipe is very easy to make and give your tongue a very delicious taste.

Chicken qeema provide lots of benefits like, boost immune system , antioxidants ,make you feel full for longer , aiding in weight loss, balancing blood sugar ,reducing inflammation from osteoporosis and a good source of protein also.

Chicken qeema has a protein which fulfil the needs of muscles and keep strengthen body as well as it is rich in iron which helps in lower hemoglobin levels, brain functions, fatigue and overall health

Ingredients for chicken keema

  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Onion – 1 large chopped
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
  • Green Chilies – 2 chopped
  • Tomatoes – 2 large chopped or pureed
  • Green Peas – 1.5 cup ( can used frozen also )
  • Minced Chicken – 500 grams
  • Chili powder – 2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder – 1.5 tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder – 2 tsp
  • Chicken masala – 1 tsp
  • Salt (as per taste)
  • A handful finely chopped Coriander leaves
  • Water if needed

Method for making chicken keema

  1. Firstly, heat a pan and add 1 tbsp oil
  2. Then add jeera and let it sizzle
  3. Now, add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and sauté
  4. Then add chopped tomatoes and mix it well and sauté
  5. Now, add peas, salt ,all masalas and mix it well
  6. After this, add chicken
  7. Then, cover and cook till it is completely cooked and is soft
  8. Sprinkle some water if needed
  9. Finally, Add in coriander leaves and serve.

Advice

  • You can add curd while preparing keema it will help your digestion
