Ragi Malt Smoothie is a weight loss millet drink that is very healthy. It’s gluten-free and very energising. You can have it in place of breakfast as it will keep you full. It is also known to have a cooling effect on your body.
how to make Healthy Makhana Milkshake Smoothie:
Ingrediants required :
- Ragi 1.5 tsp
- Milk 1 cup (200 – 250 ml )
- Cinnamon a pinch
- Banana – half
- Peanut butter – 1 tsp
- Cocoa powder 1 tsp
Method to make ragi malt smoothie :
- Take 1 ¼ tsp of Ragi flour & add little water to it to make a lump-free paste (of thin consistency)
- Now take ¾ cup water in a pan & put it to boil.
- Once it starts boiling add ragi paste to it & start stiring. Keep on stiring.
- Once it starts to thicken take 1 cup of water add half of it & keep on stiring then add the remaining half portion & keep on stiring. Total time of cooking this is 10 mins.
- Add 1 tsp of jaggery & mix in it.
- Switch off flame & keep it aside.
- Take a mixer, add 1 cup of milk (200 – 250 ml), half banana, Ragi paste & 1 tsp of peanut butter & 1 tsp of coca powder & a pinch of cinnamon powder. Beat/ Churn the mixture.
- Take out the whole mixture in a glass.
- Serve it
