- Butter/oil-1 tsp

Method of preparation:
- Firstly, crack eggs a bowl and add milk, salt and pepper and beat it until blended.
- Secondly, heat butter in nonstick pan over medium heat and pour in your egg mixture. As eggs begin to set, gently pull the eggs across the pan with a spatula, forming large soft curds.
