Lentil chips – High ProteIn diet
1)Cup of red lentils
2)1 cup of water
3)salt according to your taste
4) 1full lemon juice
5)2 tsp of rosemary
6)2 tsp of olive oils
7)2 tsp cumin powder
How to make lentils chips?
- First wash the lentils in the water for 2 – 3 time to remove the dirt from it.
- Soak the lentils for 4 hrs.
- Then remove the water from it.
- Take mixer grinder add the lentils with some water so that it get properly bend then add salt cumin powder and seasoning that you like to blend in it so it will form a smooth paste.
- Then take oven tray apply oil on it also on the baking sheet .Now spread this paste on the baking sheet.
- Now bake this for 30 minutes at 350. Now remove this from the oven it will little bit bake a now cut them fast in triangle shape and again place them in oven and bake it again till the time it become crispy -30-45 minutes .
