  • Spring onions (finely chopped)-1/4 cup

  • Capsicum (thinly sliced)-1
  • Cabbage (thinly shredded)-1/4 cup
  • Schezwan sauce-1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce-1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Dosa batter-1 cup
  • Oil-1 tbsp

Method of preparation:

  • Firstly, in a large kadai or wok heat oil and further add garlic and saute well.
  • Secondly, add spring onions, capsicum, cabbage, onion and saute well for 1-2 minutes.
  • Additionally, add salt, schezwan sauce, soy sauce in the wok and mix well and turn the flame off.
  • Next, heat a frying pan and put oil in it. Now, pour a ladleful of the dosa batter on it and also spread it in a circular motion thin circle.
  • Furthermore, spread prepared schezwan vegetable mixture at one side and cook till the bottom of dosa turns golden brown and then roll the dosa along with the mixture.
  • Finally, cut half schezwan dosa and serve it with chutney of your choice.

Method of preparation:

  1. Firstly,  heat oil in a deep pan or a wok and add the mustard seeds and allow it to crackle. Add onions, curry leaves and garlic in it and saute over medium heat till light brown in color.  
  2. Secondly, add the tomatoes, green chili, oats, turmeric powder, peanuts and salt and stir to combine and sprinkle little more water.  Also, give the poha a gentle stir until all the ingredients come together.
  3. Furthermore, turn the heat to low and cover the pan and allow the oats poha to cook in the steam along with the vegetables for about 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Lastly, when you notice that the poha has puffed up slightly and properly cooked. So, at this stage, turn off the heat and stir in the lemon juice and the coriander leaves.
  5. Finally, serve oats poha and enjoy it with your loved ones.

Method of preparation: 

  • Firstly, take water in large bowl on flame, and bring to simmer and then add salt and let it boil till the bubbles starts to form in water. Now, add olive oil and pasta to the boiling water. Next drain the water and also wash off the starch and set it aside.
  • Secondly, take a pan and put butter and heat it for 20-30 seconds and add boiled chicken to the pan and saute it a little and also add salt and black pepper and mix well.
  • Furthermore, in another pan, heat olive oil and add onion, garlic, chilli flakes and black pepper and saute it. Next, add tomato puree, capsicum, beans, and salt in it and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now, add the boiled pasta and also seasoned chicken and mix all the ingredients well.
  • Lastly, add shredded cheese and let it cook further.

  • Firstly, for marination of chicken, mix together the chicken, egg, corn flour, ginger and garlic paste, salt (2 tsp) and enough water so that the chicken pieces are coated with the batter (not too watery). After that, leave it for about 30 minutes.
  • Secondly, heat oil in a deep pan and shallow fry the chicken pieces over medium heat first and then lower the flame after some time. Shallow fry it until the chicken is cooked. Drain on absorbent paper to soak the excess oil.
  • Furthermore, heat oil (2 tbsp) in a pan and add sliced onions and stir-fry over until golden brown.
  • Next, add the green chillies and capsicum and saute for a minute.
  • Lastly, add salt, soy sauce, vinegar, and 1 cup of water in it and cook for 2-3 minutes and then add chicken and stir for 2-3 minutes again.

  • Firstly, slice onions very finely and shallow fry them till golden brown and set it aside.
  • Secondly, warm the butter in a deep pan and add half of the vegetable stock in the pan. Next, add 2 or 3 cups of water to the remaining stock and leave it for 10 minutes. Again, add top clear part of the stock to the soup.
  • Furthermore, add the onions, salt and grated cheese and also boil it for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, apply butter to the toast and sprinkle some cheese on it as well.
  • Lastly, for serving, in each cup, put 1 piece of toast and pour hot soup and sprinkle some cheese.

  • Next, beat eggs with salt and pepper and also pour this egg mixture into the pan, moving the potatoes and onions around the eggs using a plastic spatula. (Pro tip: Also, keep in mind to move the eggs around the potatoes and onions while it’s cooking to ensure the eggs cook on the bottom)
  • Now, place a lid on top of the pan, and let it cook and after that flip the omelette onto the plate and keep cooking, gently shaking the pan occasionally, until completely cooked through.
  • Next, to remove the tortilla from the pan, place a clean plate on top of the tortilla and flip again onto the plate.
